Whether you want to change the shape of your body, need help getting your body moving more functionally, or want to improve your performance in a chosen sport, then I am here to help you achieve the results you want.
There’s no magic wand that will instantly make you fit and healthy but by sticking to the lifestyle principles I advise, and with my training and support, your goals are a lot closer than you realise.
One to one or small group personal training sessions are available in the comfort of your own home, outside at a local park or on the beach.
My sessions are fun, motivational and varied. I have a large selection of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, boxing gloves & pads, dumbbells, stability ball, Indo Board, Bosu and even old tyres!
